RHYS JONES - STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH
Rhys Owen Jones is a passionate Welshman from North Wales whose love for sports ignited at a young age. After secondary school, he delved into various training modalities to enhance his performance both on and off the pitch.
Rhys later moved to South Wales to study at Cardiff Metropolitan University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation, and Massage. This unique combination of disciplines has equipped him with a holistic, science-based approach to training, helping clients achieve pain-free foundational movement.
An avid football player turned rugby enthusiast, Rhys represented multiple 15s and 7s teams across Wales, including the Cardiff Metropolitan University 1st XV and appearances in the Super Sevens Series.
With nearly a decade of experience as a Personal Trainer, Rhys has honed his understanding of human biomechanics. He tailors training programs to meet the specific needs and goals of each client, emphasizing realistic objectives and the importance of sound nutritional habits. He firmly believes that anyone can lead a balanced lifestyle and achieve their goals by enjoying the process.
Having faced his own challenges with injuries and motivation, Rhys is empathetic to the struggles many clients encounter. His approach fosters strong foundational habits for long-term success.
Rhys is also a Certified Nutritionist and understands the vital link between physical health and mental well-being. He encourages an active lifestyle and a balanced diet that allows for flexibility and enjoyment.
At his core, Rhys believes that training should not only be focused and effective but also fun. With a good dose of humor, he creates an enjoyable environment where clients can thrive and achieve their fitness goals.
