The ATHLETIC CLUB was established in 2019 to offer Hong Kong a smarter, more focused approach to personal training—centered on precision, efficiency, and measurable results. My goal has always been to deliver a truly personalized, outcome-driven experience—one that integrates training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. That vision continues to guide everything we do at ATHLETIC CLUB today.
Born and raised in Brazil, I later moved to Toronto, Canada, where I completed George Brown College’s Fitness and Lifestyle Management program and earned certification from the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP).
Before relocating to Hong Kong in 2013 as a Senior Strength Coach, I developed my expertise in some of Canada’s leading gyms. Since then, I’ve been fortunate to work with a wide range of clients—including senior executives, lawyers, and high-performing professionals—who trust me to help them get maximum results with limited time.
I'm passionate about helping clients achieve sustainable, measurable progress across rehabilitation, athletic performance, body composition, and long-term health. My approach is rooted in trust, precision, and a commitment to real, lasting outcomes.
