Jack is a former semi-professional rugby player for Hong Kong Scottish. Strength training and coaching have always been his passion; he has worked with a wide range of clients from children as young as 2 through to professional athletes in various sports.

He grew up in Wales where he graduated from college with a wealth of knowledge spanning sports coaching, rehabilitation, and high performance in sport and fitness.

With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Jack has built extraordinary experience working closely with clients, that have a diverse set of goals and exercise background.
